STANDARISASI INSTRUMEN KLASIFIKASI LUKA DAN CIDERA DI RUMAH SAKIT: A SCOPING REVIEW

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Cedera dan luka merupakan penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas secara global, dengan lebih dari 4,4 juta kematian setiap tahun. Luka dapat diklasifikasikan berdasarkan penyebab, durasi, dan kedalamannya. Namun, belum ada pedoman standar dalam penggunaan instrumen klasifikasi luka di rumah sakit. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi instrumen klasifikasi luka yang digunakan dalam studi klinis.

Metode: Studi ini menggunakan metode scoping review dengan enam langkah yang dikembangkan oleh Arksey dan O’Malley. Pencarian data dilakukan melalui database PubMed, ScienceDirect, SAGE, dan Cochrane, dengan artikel yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditetapkan.

Hasil: Dari 608 artikel yang diidentifikasi, 9 studi memenuhi kriteria dan dianalisis lebih lanjut. Ditemukan sembilan instrumen utama klasifikasi luka yang digunakan di rumah sakit, yaitu WSES, RCWC, ISS, Schenck’s KD, Classification of the Blast Injury to Thumb, Basicranial Artery Injury Classification, CFI Score, CCI®, dan DMSIT. Setiap instrumen memiliki kegunaan spesifik sesuai dengan jenis luka yang diklasifikasikan, mulai dari trauma akut hingga luka kronis.

Kesimpulan: Instrumen klasifikasi luka memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan klinis dan meningkatkan kualitas perawatan pasien.
