HUBUNGAN PENGGUNAAN INSEKTISIDA DI DALAM RUMAH TERHADAP KEJADIAN ISPA PADA BALITA DI PUSKESMAS CAMPALAGIAN KEC. CAMPALAGIAN KABUPATEN POLEWALI MANDAR
Abstract
respiratory health problems is one of the important health problem in the world, and also in Indonesia. Acute respiratory infection is the first level that goes with the number of 501 280 cases or 3.16% .Data WHO in 2008 shows that of the approximately 57 million deaths in the world occur in a year due to lung problems. According to the health ministry RI respiratory health problems there are 8 people in Indonesia, namely: tuberculosis, respiratory infections, emerging and new emerging diseases (SARS, avian influenza, HINI), bronchial asthma, chronic obtruktif pulmonary disease, lung cancer, air pollution and climate change. (Ministry of Health Indonesia, 2011). ARI may occur due to contamination of the air quality outside
and indoors. ARI is a disease affecting one or more parts of the respiratory tract from the nose (above) to the alveoli (bottom) including adexnya networks such as sine, telingadan pleural cavity (pleura) that occur in acute (fast). ARI control program determines that all cases were found to get appropriate governance starndar, thus also described the discovery rate of ARI ARI management retrospective case series. Number of patients with ARI in the community is estimated 10-20% of the total population of the total population of childrenunder five. To determine the relationship insektida use in the house on the incidence of ARI in children under five in sub-district Polewali Mandar. The study design used in this research is the design of cross sectionalyaitu independent and dependent variables were observed and measured at the same time. Results of statistical analysis using Chi-square test in this study was obtained by the significant level ? = 0.02, which means p <?, this shows H1, so that there is a relationship between the use of (anti mosquito) to ARI in infants.
